PLASTIC INJECTION TECHNOLOGY

There are injection presses with clamping forces between 90 and 650 tons in mass production. These presses have computer controlled and precise parameter setting capabilities.

As it is known, the expectations in the automotive industry are extremely high, and the low tolerance dimension, strength, balance and visual properties of the parts directly depend on this sensitive parameter setting capability. Plastic-metal integrated parts are produced with two vertical injection presses. It is also an indicator of the continuity of the production quality of the existing IATF 16949 BPE.
