BPE has an R&D unit that is capable of designing parts and thus mold design. VISI CAD / CAM program and MOLDFLOW plastic injection simulation program are used in the unit. One of the most important design achievements of BPE (Co -Design) is the magazine design for MKE.
Mold manufacturing facilities include CNC milling, Plunge Erosions, grinding and other conventional machining machines. BPE produces its own molds and cooperates with external partners when necessary.
